However, due to the nature of creative and digital services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. General Policy:
Because our services are custom and labor-intensive, refunds are generally not offered once work has been completed. However, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Branding & Logo Design:
All work require a deposit (typically 50%) before any work begins.
You are entitled to a set number of revisions (as stated in your proposal or agreement). If you’re unsatisfied after all revisions are exhausted, refund will be issued.
No Refund After Approval: Once a logo or brand concept is approved by you (verbally or in writing), no refunds will be issued.
Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel before the first concepts are delivered, a refund will be issued.
3. Marketing Website Design & Development:
All work require a deposit (typically 50%) before any work begins.
Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled before any work has begun, we may issue a full refund.
Final Delivery: Once the website has been delivered or launched, no refunds will be granted.
4. Missed Deadlines or Delays:
We aim to meet all agreed timelines. However, delays caused by lack of client feedback, incomplete content, or third-party issues will not be grounds for a refund.
5. Exceptional Cases:
We may consider partial refunds in rare situations where:
There is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon scope.
A mutually agreed termination is made before significant work is completed.
